skeg hardware

I'm putting a skeg in my North Bay and would like to use a push-pull wire to deploy and retract it, as is used in many production kayaks. This would allow the hardware to be below the deck rather than the above-deck bungie/pull line arrangement recommended by CLC.

Can anyone recommend a source for this hardware? Any suggestions for installation and use of this type of installation? (Tideline/Onno offers a complete skeg kit but doesn't sell the deployment hardware separately).
