207 hardenener

I've been using West System 206 slow hardener for adhesives and fillets. Now I'm ready to glass the cockpit area. I want to leave it with a bright finish. Should I be using 207 hardener for this?...I was going to purchase 207 for the deck. Is there that bif of a difference? Thx.
