Good on you, CLC. Higher standards of marketing practices pay off in the long run in brand loyalty. It's encouraging news to me as a first-time customer who will no doubt be shopping for a second boat some day.

They say it's much cheaper to keep a customer, than to win one back whom you've lost because of being unable to deliver what you've marketed.
