With a sliding seat there is no height issue whatever; people up and over 6'4" are fine. The weight capacity is about 375 total.

The fixed seats are rather low for people much over 5'10".

I'm 6'0" and thought the fixed seats were okay, but notice my straight-leg stance in this photo, to clear the oars on the catch. That was fine when I was 26 but less so these days...
