Dennis, I thought I recognized the description of Armand Bayou!

I also missed the word 'temporary' in your question about using additional deck beams as forms (thanks for the highly diplomatic correction, Karl - most impressive!). But still...

I don't know much about deck beams, having never used 'em. But generally, strip building is done using forms cut from plywood, which is cheap, easy to cut & shape, and attach - however you decide to attach 'em.
