I did mine as per Kurt Maurer ("one of our gods"). I drew out a design, then put a sheet of 8"x 11" rice paper into a copy machine and copied the design onto the rice paper. The benefit of a copy machine is that you can size it exactly with the zoom feature. The paper completely disappears under epoxy. Just lay it on the wood, and proceed with the fiberglass and epoxy. Most likely it would be the same between layers of epoxy or between varnish and epoxy. It probably wouldn't work quite so well between epoxy and paint. G Walter
