GP Wobble
Posted by Mac on Aug 29, 2005
Hi Folks,
Have finished my first Greenland Paddle from clear cedar - looks good, smells GREAT. I used George Ellis' book and believe I did him proud.
When I tried it out I was amazed at the extra control it gave me, but dissapointed at the wobble under moderate-to-heavy acceleration.
Have I left the blades too diamond shaped (in cross section) or (gulp) made them too flat?
Or is this just a fact of life with GPs?
Thanks for any help......
Mac
