i've got alot of respect for plywood and epoxy but are they strong enough too suport somone leaning on the coaming for one reason or another whithout any way too channel the weight down and out. i've built a ch 18 and simply solved this by filling the gaps with thickend epoxy (with a silicon center wall) but then i dont think my gap was that big.
