Thanks Lee. The measurement of the max. beam was from the exterior of the hull. I still had the sreader stick in place to keep the shear panels pushed out to the 23 1/2" beam. If I remove the spreader stick the sides come in a enough to allow the aft bulkhead to fit properly into its appointed position. However, the max. beam is now 23".
