yeah, I finally got the decks fiberglassed inside and out. We had a week plus of triple digit temps, so I didn't do much work on the canoe. At least the epoxy had time to cure! Spent some time cruising various sites and books looking for a pleasing way to cut holes in the deck. Made cardboard (shirt box) templates of the inside lip, then tried to stuff a tent or kayak cart throuh the hole. Toyed with the mast step some too. But nothing got epoxy and glass for over a week. I wonder if I could make a bent ply lip fit a stripped deck? hmmm RogerJ
