Its not my paddle that strikes the sheer, at one of my fav places the easiest access is at a cement dock, and I tie off there at times, as well as enter and exit...and the sheer rubs.

I just finished glassing the hull, I'm exhausted...but it wasnt nearly as bad I thought it would be, i'm extremely pleased with the way it turned out...no wrinkles, no air bubbles!
