there will be no need for another deckbeam other than where it is already suggested.

the main reason for the forward-most deck beam is to keep camber in the deck as it sweeps up along the sheer line of the boat...(without it, sometimes the deck camber would invert at that location).

i think you can safely move the bulkhead back and not have to worry...other than remember...that you may need a slightly resized bulkhead pattern if you move it back substantially. (as you move back, the boat is supposed to get wider...keep the same radius along the top...but the bulkhead would get a bit wider if you moved it back substantially)
