That looks real solid. Gives me some ideas, thanks. I thought I would use thick marine ply and go with a broader base that is beveled to fit to the edges of the boat and up against the bulkhead, screw from the bottom, and glue up with thickened epoxy, then add another layer on top of that for more rigidity. Thanks.
