A few years back I shipped 5 computers to Dallas, about 30 miles away. They all didnt arrive at the same time, the first four showed up at the same time in excellent condition. The last one showed up the next day smashed all to hell. When I opened it, it looked like it was dropped then ran over, it was in bad shape and not useable. I fought with UPS for over a month. They wanted the box the packing and to inspected the damaged computer. Then they came back and said it was due to poor packing. A quick call from our legal department took care of the issue, they bought a new one for us. You may have to threaten to get ugly to have it resolved.
