I use the Stanley SurForm Shaver. CUT THE SAW TEETH OFF THAT PROJECT OUT FROM THE ONE CURVED SIDE FIRST. Use it only on foam or it will dull too fast. Then use dragon skin or 60 grit. Then use a heat gun to melt the fuzz smooth.
