Personally, I'd never be on the water if it was that rough. I'm a freshwater fisherman and I'm trying to get an idea of the stability and safety of various boats. Some folks have told me that you could launch a MC-13 through the surf and fish beyond the breakers. I would like a boat that I could fish & cross large bodies of water with. I've gotten a lot of ambiguous answers to my question depending on who was answering. I need a definative answer as I'm on a fixed income and can't afford to have more than one boat.
