sailing the Eastport Pram

I'd be interested in hearing from anyone has had experience sailing the Eastport Pram. Currently in the build mode and went ahead and ordered the Sailing kit (why not?).

I'm four hours from the coast and wondered how much wind I would need to really sail this thing? I know with a small child it is fine, but anyone with two adults short term?

The Pram is a gorgeous boat, in person it is so much better than the pictures. Kudos to CLC for a great kit although I still have a month or so of work ahead of me. Pics of my work in process on the page below:
