Oops too quick with enter button. Well have ground down and given a fairing to about half of the bad fillets on this Mill Creek 16.5 hull. The corners will have to be done otherwise. Tool: Right angle 4" grinder ($20.00 at Harborfreight), 11,000 rpm, 4" Makita Resin Fiber Disc,50 Grit. Obviously this is very agresive sanding and very dangerous on 4mm plywood. So I didn't have any beer in the 94 degree heat here in Miami,Fl. I am working outdoors. If anyone is interested in some picktures, let me know
