MC13 sheer clamps

Can you guys please clarify how to glue the sheer clamps to the sheer panels? I follow your instructions for finding the good side, taping the upper edge of that side, flipping over the sheer panel and then scribing a pencil line 3/4" from the upper edge. After this I am confused -- how do you glue back to back, both clamps at the same time, and not end up with two same-side panels? Maybe I'm over thinking this but I sure don't want to screw it up.
