Re: skeg instalation

Our main concern was filling up the fixed-skeg slot on the Oxford Shell with epoxy, thus installation is indicated after 'glassing rather than before.

(The Oxford Shell skeg is something completely different from the CLC retractable kayak skegs; it mimics commerical rowing shell skeg boxes in that an aluminum blade is a jam-fit in a waterproof slot in the bottom.)
