I think I�d opt for a magic wand before tolerating any electric power washer with all the water involved.

Noisy, yes, but I find 3000 PSI to be a minimum for cleaning houses/decks/docks/driveways. A turbo nozzle and an adjustable nozzle are useful additions to the 5 or 6 tips supplied with most PW�s. A long extension wand, that quick connects as due the tips, can often keep you off a ladder.
