I suggest you put the decks on before doing end pours. Might as well make the whole end one big monolithic very strong block. And, you won't have to build dams. Don't mix filler with the epoxy. You do not care about the thickness; runny is fine and probably best. You are going to stand the boat on end and pour the epoxy in. Mix as normal, cure time as normal.
