Re: MC 16.5: How to carto

We hauled our 16.5 1000 miles up to Canada last summer. Fortunately, no rain was forecast so we didn't cover the cockpit.
Making a cockpit cover for a cockpit this large is problematic. As I want to store the boat on a pier float this summer, I opted for a full boat cover to keep the britework out of the sun. I'm using sunbrella fabric and I've mounted a set of batten sockets to have one batten supporting the cover midships.
good luck
