if the substrate was cold when you put the epoxy on, then the epoxy immediately went to close to that temp as soon as you applied it.

Keeping epoxy warm is important, but you HAVE to keep the boat itself warm too, at least those parts where you are working.

MAS slow epoxy cures VERY slowly in cool weather- much slower than WEST 105/206. It's the nature of the stuff.
