Is there any chance at all that the cans of epoxy might have been exposed to cold temps. I had a similar problem after storing my resin in the basement over the winter. The coldest it got down ther ewas 45-50F. I even called West Systems and spoke with them. I ended up putting the resin cans in bucket sof hot water to dissolve any crystals that may have formed. Afetr warming the cans in the hot water, I stirred the resin. It solved the problem. Of course, I had to scrape and sand off all the epoxy that wouldn't cure and start over!!!!
