OK, problem solved through lengthy pain in the...

Now that I know what I "hogged" bottom looks like, I know not to do it next time...

What I ended up doing was using a bonsai saw (steak knife lookin' one) to cut tabs on the aft bulkhead loose, so that I could spread the keel apart even further back. It has helped quite a bit; I've eliminated all of the bumps (almost).

The keel is spaced out with shims, rewired, and ready for some new tabs to hold it in place. I'll get that done tomorrow, after I get a good nights sleep and one more look to make sure it's fair.
