Air bubble holes

I finally finished my Pram and took it for its first sail last weekend. I took almost two years which I'm sure is not a record, but a long enough time. Now, I have to clean up a few things. My problem/question revolves around the fact that at some of the panel joints the epoxy had some air bubbles which left small holes on the exterior side. I foolishly thought the paint would fill them in but they're still there. What is the best way to get rid of these ... some sort of faring compound? I've heard of faring compound but know nothing about it. Any advice is appreciated.
