MC 16.5 Minicell Seats

Has anyone put carved minicell foam seats in a Mill Creek 16.5? If so how did you do the backbands? Were they adjustable for the single paddler?

Anybody else who has carved a seat even if not in a MC 16.5 have any ideas?
