Sorry, Terry, but, respectfully, I think you're winning at roulette. Varnish is primarily oil. Epoxy, waxes and oil are NOT compatible. Your tack rag over epoxy but for a varnish coat is good, but not prior to another epoxy coat. But, then again, maybe you've got the touch! Ever go to Vegas?
