On mine they were pretty small, just where the edge of the cloth didn't stay tucked down right under the clamps, so I reached in with a Dremel and sanded off the free-standing glass. Doug is right, at that location it doesn't make any difference to strength and it's invisible unless you use a dental mirror, so I just brushed on a little epoxy to seal the sanding scars the next time I mixed up a batch. The real important thing was to make sure there was no free-standing glass, which would snag bits of people and clothing and allow peeling to start.
