You should probably put at least one layer of cloth over these seams. Otherwise, you're much more likely to get some water intrusion if they get damaged, and they will get damaged the first time you bang into something (or someone).
Your endpour will provide quite a bit of strength, but you need to cover up thoses panel ends with some cloth and epoxy. Not a big deal, just rough sand the area and lay on some cloth.
