Epoxy time

I am sorry to say that this is not a boat building question, but I knew I could find my answer here. My epoxy went fine on my CH18, so I thought I would use some to cover the top of my wood bar. It has been three weeks and there is still some tacky places. This bar is in my basement so there is some humidity, and cooler (65), but unless I had a horrible mixed batch, I would have expected this to cure by now. Will this eventually dry, or is a bad batch a do over. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
