Yes I do, and I, for one, will never do it again.
Make sure you have VERY good ventilation, a vapor approved mask and an understanding family - it smells!
I agree that it has a SLIGHT advantage in toughness, but I doubt it's worth the bucks.
I went the whole nine yards - with two part poly primer as well. If I recall (brain cells were lost) I did two coats of primer and four coats of cobalt blue, wet sanded between with 400 grit.
And know what? It looked just like porch paint. It doesn't go on any better than any other paint.
Marine stores have to favour it - more profit.
Only my 2 cents.
