Wavy Fillet

I just glassed the interior of a pram, following a suggestion in the stitch and glue manual that might not have been the best thing to do: I filleted between the bottom panel and the #1 plank, and had a nice smooth job. Before it was dry, I glassed the bottom (so I wouldn't have to sand the fillet) and it resulted in a wavy uneven fillet.

What to do? Is the joint going to be okay? Do I sand through the glass and re-glass it with strips? Just leave it alone? Set it on fire?
