Vic, Funny I should read that someone else did exactly as I just did on my LT17 two nights ago. Have been trying to decide what to do about my overzealous sanding mistake. Sounds like good advice from Karl but don't think I have the tools or expertise to go as nice as he did.

I have almost decided to use some sort of design painted on the deck before I varnish. My boat is going to have dark blue painted hull with bright finish on deck. Maybe a bit of Norwiegen toll painting would look ok on mine.
