Expedition Kit

Ok, I am ready to start epoxying by boat, but i have the expedition kit and dont know if i should put the bulk heads in first and then glass the inside, or glass the inside and then bulkheads.

also is there anyway besides drilling more holes to secure the bulkheads while i epoxy them in place?
