Which one would ask after looking at the drawing at the bottom of this page as it would imply that the radius is constant with a straight line from deck beam to bow. There's a certain amount of three dimensional warping the big sheet of ply goes through that is a consequence of the sheer and deck beam curve. Also the direction of the grain can make the curve vary a tiny bit.
