Belt Sanders

You know, Kurt, I was thinking, with my developing woodworking skills there is no reason why I couldn't make a stand/clamp that is form-fitted to my hand-held belt sander, which would convert it into a stationary device. Now I know that I can to tonight when I get home. My Night Heron project has ground to a halt until I get more supplies but I have some nice hardwood that could be used to make this stand/clamp thingy. That, and I have a cool one waiting for me in the garage. I'll post a pic when I get it done. If you can think of a way to do this, puleaze lemmie know. I'll be outta here (read - work) in 10 hours.
