Don't worry Bob, as soon as you plant your garden, the crows will magically reappear with a vengance.

Over in Nova Scotia, the darn things wait for the eagles to catch a fish, then they swoop underneath like fighter pilots and try to steal it.

Anyhow, good luck with the sanding disk. I have one mounted on an old grinder that works fine also. Even the old vacumn connected to it to collect the dust performs admirably.

By the way, I ended up getting that Panasonic camera with the 12x zoom. Love it!
