I agree with Ken. My CH16 panels weren't quite as far out of line as your photo indicates, so I was able to plane and wood rasp mine into submission.

I would extend a light pencil guideline, cut it a bit proud with a pullsaw, and clean it up with a rasp and/or plane. Just take it slow and easy. Remember, you're going to radius the ends anyway.
