I polished my decks with Maguair's "Medium Cut Cleaner" No. 1, "Fine-Cut Cleaner" No. 2 and the "Swirl Remover" No. 9 after sanding to 2000 grit. Not worth the effort unless you plan to screw the kayak to the wall and just look at it.
