I have a dispenser mounted over the sink in the shop. The abrasive stuff that smells like oranges, GOJO's Orange hand soap, is good too. We call it "agent orange" around here.

I use lacquer thinner to clean epoxy off of tools, before I take my gloves off. Metal bladed scrapers, putty knives, etc, I burn the epoxy off of with a propane torch.
