Looks like a Westside EFT. Nice boats. Yhe big round bar is the footrest, right? On to control, If your boat doesn't like to turn, small variations don't mean squatt. On my Pax I had to go up to a rudder 6" wide at the bottom to get the turning radius under 2 weeks. The standard 3" blade only created drag. Also using a bungie to stop the rudder from floating will defeat the purpose of a flip-up rudder.
