Slick rudder! Way better looking than the plastic and metal versions.

I'm going to go on a tangent here. Kurt, you claim that your forays into fabricating your own stuff are related to the inability to afford the prefab stuff. Yet the quality of the stuff you put together beats the commercial stuff hands down. Terry claims to be lazy, as a result his opinions and tips on scrapers etc. have helped me shave off sanding time etc. His "laziness" has produced a small fleet of handbuilt wooden boats.

Has anyone ever wondered what the world would be like if there were more cheap/lazy people in it like Kurt and Terry?
