Gees, John, building those lines into only 10-12' must have been a nightmare. The design I've been contemplating is Sam Devlin's Dipper. It's only tug-like in the forward half, with a square transom and motor well.

You have any photos of the tug? I'd love to see it. Also, how was it powered and what did the owner use such a small tug for? It seems too small even for a club launch or committee boat.
