Vic,

Just out of the shower - where we do our best thinking.

Look for gaps along the chine and keel lines. A flashlight really helps exagerate any that may be there.

When you put in your bulkheads, make sure they are nice and loose (they'll be taped and glassed like crazy later). Pushing bulkheads to a tight fit does awful things to the hull pannel fit along chine and keel.

Now, I'm assuming here that you're building from a pre-cut kit?
