The problem with the S. O. T. sea cows, is the buttress systems to hold up the deck and all those hatches. Perception had one that weighed in at close to 80 pounds(the Bimini)and even wore me out within 100 yards. An S.o.t. does not have to be a barge, and even Kurt can tell you , Its easier to fish in a less resistant kayak, than to tow a barge to were the Redfish tail, and then try to chuck a fly at em. You can fish out of a skinny SOT by hanging your legs over the sides.
