Yeah, Greg, you may want to avoid the two-part foam in your tanks. A boatbuilder I know very well, who also has a SS# identical to my own, tried this many years ago on a home-built comet. Cracked the bulkhead and was an extreme pain to get out when the boat got holed in a feisty summer line squall and had to be repaired.
In a life or sporadic bad ideas, using expansion foam in what are designed to be air tanks was one of the badder ones.
