Sharpening

Leonard Lee of Lee Valley Tools wrote "The Complete Guide to Sharpening" a great book on the subect. He sells all anyone would need to sharpen tools. You will have trouble finding a waterstone that coarse. Aluminum oxide oil stones are more typical.
