bulkhead radius 16 LT

On my 16 LT the fore deck calls for a 16" radius. My deck beam came with a 16" radius but the bulkhead is more like a 14 1/2" radius. Even on the plan sheet the drawing has a 14 1/2 " radius. It seems like this is in error and should be addressed by CLC. Or maybe it's supposed to be like that for some reason I don't quite understand. John , could you explain?
